Up for bid is a Stihl MS460 Chainsaw Powerhead. This unit was purchased as
part of a lot of surplus chainsaws from a local electric company. The
chainsaws in this lot were tagged as "running, but won't work properly under
load". Likely a clogged carb or something similar, but we have not tested
this unit other that to confirm that the engine turns over and is not seized.
This item comes as shown in the photos. Please not that this chainsaw will
be drained of all fluids prior to shipping.

QUESTIONS?

We urge you to ask as many questions as necessary PRIOR to
placing your bid, that is the easiest and best way to avoid
misunderstandings. Generally, we try to respond to most questions
within 24 hours or less. We
do not take measurements of oem parts, so please do not ask
us to do that as your
question will not be answered.

Also,
please be aware
that while we strive for perfection in our auction listings,
errors can and do occur from time to time. If an
auction listing has obvious, material errors (such as
pictures not matching the item description, e.g.), we
consider that auction null and void and will end the listing
if we catch it in time. If we do not catch the error,
it is your responsibility as a bidder to bring it to our
attention BEFORE you place your bid so that we can correct
the error.

PAYMENT

The only method of payment
currently available for items purchased is

Paypal.
We DO NOT accept bank checks, personal checks
or credit cards over the phone for payment.

Winning
bidder agrees to make payment within 4 days. You will
receive an invoice within 24 hours of auction closing. For
fastest service, simply make payment through Paypal as soon
as the auction ends.

If
payment is not received within 4 days and prior payment
arrangements have not been made, a non-paying bidder alert
will be filed and the item will be relisted.

Please note we
are no longer accepting bids from buyers with a feedback
score of 0. If you have a feedback score of 0 and place a
bid, the bid/transaction is subject to cancellation at
our discretion.

SHIPPING

Items generally ship within 24 hours of receipt
of payment (not including weekends/holidays). However,
please be advised that international shipments and large
items/large orders may take up to 72
hours to ship. Domestic shipment is
generally via USPS, but larger items may be shipped via Fedex
Ground.
There may be an additional charge for shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - please check prior to
bidding.

International shipment is via
the US Postal Service and is available to most
countries for most items (please email us to inquire about
international shipping). There will be an
additional charge for International shipments.

Items will be combined for
shipment on multiple purchases whenever practical/possible.

Insurance
is included in the shipping cost. A nominal handling
fee is included to cover the cost of shipping
materials and labor. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Local pickup is not available.

RETURN POLICY

All of
are auction items are sold “as-is”, with no warranty either
expressed or implied. We do not accept returns for
eBay auction items unless the
incorrect item was shipped. In those rare instances where we
do make a mistake we gladly exchange your item for the
correct item or refund your purchase price depending on item
availability. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO
INCOMPATIBILITY OF COMPONENTS - IT IS THE BUYER'S
RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM COMPATIBILITY PRIOR TO PLACING A
BID.

Shipping costs are
non-refundable. Items that are returned to us marked as
"delivery refused" or "undeliverable as addressed" will be
subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
